What is the difference between shared and private tours?
Our shared tours are intimate small-group experiences with a maximum of 10 guests, perfect for those who enjoy socializing and exploring with like-minded travelers. Private tours are fully customizable and tailored to your preferences, ideal for couples, families, or groups seeking a personalized experience.
How do I book a tour?
You can easily book your tour online through our website or contact us directly for assistance. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date, especially during peak travel seasons.
What is included in the tour price?
Our tours typically include luxury transport, experienced local guides, entry fees to attractions, and meals where specified. Private tours can also be customized to include additional experiences or requests.
Do you cater to special dietary needs?

Are the tours suitable for all fitness levels?
Moderate fitness is required for our tours, especially the Blue Mountains tour, as there are some steps and uneven surfaces. You will do about 8-10,000 steps with us, so it is not suitable for people with back or joint problems, pregnant women, or young children. Additionally, children under 15 are not allowed on shared tours. If you have any mobility concerns or prefer a slower pace, please let us know in advance, and we’ll tailor the experience accordingly with our private tour options.
What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
