    Our small group tours have a maximum of 11 guests. This ensures a comfortable experience with personalized attention from your guide. The small size also lets us visit hidden gems and avoid crowded spots.

  • Is the itinerary flexible on shared tours?

    Shared tours have a set itinerary, but our small group size allows for a relaxed pace. Timing can be adjusted a bit based on what the group likes. This way, everyone can enjoy each stop.

  • Are the tours suitable for all fitness levels?

    Moderate fitness is needed for our tours, especially the Blue Mountains tour. You’ll walk 8-10,000 steps. This isn’t good for people with back or joint problems, pregnant women, or young children. Kids under 15 cannot join shared tours. If you have mobility concerns or prefer a slower pace, let us know in advance. We can adjust the experience with our private tour options.

  • Will I have enough time at each stop?

    Yes! Our small group tours maximize your time at each location. You’ll skip the big bus tours. This lets you explore, take photos, and enjoy your time without feeling rushed.

    Children under 15 are not allowed on shared tours. Families with children are welcome on private tours. We can customize the itinerary to include fun activities for kids. Some tours, like the Blue Mountains, have steps and rough paths. So, they aren't good for very young kids.

    Bring comfortable walking shoes, a hat, and sunscreen. Also, pack a light jacket for cooler weather. Don’t forget a camera or smartphone for photos. We provide bottled water and snacks, but feel free to bring any personal items you need for the day.

    Yes, it's best to book your shared tour in advance to secure your spot. We have a small group size, so space is limited. However, we do accept last-minute bookings if we have room.

  • What if the weather is bad? Can I reschedule or get a refund?
